Novotel Suites Paris Stade De France

Room is nice size and has amenities other hotels don’t. But was dusty playing up with my allergies, couple of the blinds was damaged, the bath/shower tap was broken. The staff were immaculate and friendly. The pillows were mix and match. One square, one was rectangle another soft, another hard. Mattress was a shambles. Both left with back pain. For the price paid would expect better.

we stayed at a suite for three nights. In overall the room and hotel are very clean and tidy - only very few minor changes are needed. Breakfast was super- a lot of selections. We arrived at 12 p.m but out room was not ready until the check in hour which what at 16.00 p.m and this was an issue for but. The staff offered to store our languages.

We stayed here overnight waiting on a connecting flight, we found this hotel great, room was huge with a curtain you could use to separate the sleeping and living area ! Great idea, coffee machine, fridge with complimentary milk and microwave all things we didn’t expect, large tv on wheels and right next to stad de France, shop and bar/ restaurant area at reception was very relaxing, staff all very warm and welcoming

Visited the Novotel Suites during a recent visit to Paris. The staff were very kind and friendly. Although we were not in-house guest they were extremely hospitable and helpful. The location of the Novotel is just next to the Stade de France. Part of our group visited the Novotel many times after the Rugby matches because of the fabulous staff and service!

Always start with people, the booking in was painless and straight forward. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and normal size, no real issues or complaints, shower nice size and worked OK, a coffee machine, fridge if needed. I didn't try the microwave. Be aware the direct area services businesses and Stade de France, if both are closed then cafe, bars and restaurants are closed. Except fast food KFC or McDonald's. Also be aware St Denis is not a great place and you need to be aware of your surroundings and where you are. We took a trip and walked through the town and didn't encounter any bother, if you are not used this type area it can be intimidating. I'm originally from south London so okay with me. However my wife and children are not so an interesting experience for them. The transport system in Paris is fantastic so you can get everywhere from here, which we did. You never know Rugby World Cup or the Olympics I may return.
